IOTA team finished upgrading their devnet to version 1.8.0 adding new features and engancement to IOTA blockchain.

UDP support is dropped
Performs handshake upon peering
Protocol version support
Not compatible with older versions of IRI

TCP_RECEIVER_PORT
MAX_PEERS
DNS_REFRESHER_ENABLED
DNS_RESOLUTION_ENABLED
